Let me explain some things.

So, since I have been doing this blog a bit I want to let you people know what it's all about. In an effort to make myself more healthy I have been dieting and trying to eat right. So far I have been successful, thanks to the guidance of a few people and a bit of will power of my own. So the purpose of this blog is to show my friends the kind of meals I have been preparing for myself. Also I would like for other people to make suggestions to me or try out what I have and let me know how they may have changed it up.

That means I want YOU people to make this stuff and tell me what would make it better. After all, I could always use the help.
